With your consent, we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand which products and pages are popular. It does not set cookies, does not track you across other sites, and collects no personal information. You can decline, and the store works exactly the same.
Your orders
Order and account details (name, phone, delivery address, email) are used only to process and deliver your orders and to contact you about them. Payments are processed by Safaricom M-Pesa: we receive the payment confirmation and transaction reference, never your M-Pesa PIN.
Where your data is kept
Our store runs on secure servers in the United Kingdom. We use a small number of trusted providers to run it: Cloudflare (website security and speed) and Resend (order and account emails). They process data only to provide those services to us.
Your rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Use the contact page below and we'll respond promptly.
